We're not new to the selling / buying of residential properties. We've bought and sold several homes and have learned what to expect when dealing with realtors - well, that was until we met Ben Fuller. The only way to describe the way Ben builds relationships with his clients is "Beyond Exceptional". Did he meet our expectations? No, he far exceeded every one of them. Our search for a second home was a very long and tedious process and we were all over the place in terms of what we wanted, what we were willing to spend and most importantly, where we wanted to be. So yes we were challenging clients but Ben accepted that challenge and was with us every step of the way. We Live in Florida so flying up every time we found a potential property was simply not feasible so he traveled to wherever the house we were interested was located - some two plus hours away from his office. He took pictures, shot videos and sent us any information he could find - whatever we asked. He also sent us homes that he believed met our specifications and he never sent us a property that did not meet our requirements. This is unheard of! I can't count how many times a realtor tried to upsell a property that isn't even close to our specs. They don't listen, they think they know what we want more than we do. Absolutely not the case with Ben! So, we just recently closed on a property. Ben was with us every step of the way. Actually, he went much further. He used his resources to help us find the best contractors and pricing for repairs needed to the house, and negotiated with the sellers' agent to get the sellers to cover those expenses, which they did. Being over eleven-hundred miles away, he coordinated the required work, took possession of the funds to ensure the contractors are paid. Just today he took a lock box to the house for contractor access to the property. When he got there, he noticed the power was off to the house and immediately reached out. We then immediately contacted the electrical service provider to let them know the service was off (it should not have been). Ben stayed at the house until the issue was resolved which luckily wasn't too long. With the sump pump running on back-up battery power Ben offered to go get another deep cycle battery and replace the current one if the need arose. Again, who does this? Ben Fuller does this! If you need a realtor to sell or buy in the central Indiana area and beyond, do yourself a favor and reach out to him. You won't regret it!

Ben was so helpful throughout the whole process. We bought our previous house 10 years ago, and had never sold a house before, so Ben did a great job educating us and walking through each phase of buying and selling. We didn't need to sell our house, but were curious about how much equity we had and if that would allow us to move to a specific neighborhood. He was helpful in giving us a price range that would help us sell for top dollar, and provided a list of things buyers would be looking for that we could easily improve before listing. The photographer he uses did a great job. Our house was listed on Thursday and after open houses on Saturday and Sunday, we were looking at four offers by Monday night! He helped us sort through the offers and accept the right one. It was a good thing he sold it so quickly because he had also helped us find the perfect home to buy. He is always a good mediator in the negotiations because he will let you know what's fair on either side. If you start asking for the moon from buyers or sellers, he will be honest and let you know if it's too much, which is so helpful! Great negotiator, teacher, and realtor! The delicious house warming cinnamon rolls were pretty good, too!
